Presentation
La nuova Bandiera (the New Flag) is published again after a quite long time.
So far the magazine does not have a regular timing yet, it is closely linked
to the timing of the national and international political ideological work
of PC m-Italy, , as organized vanguard detachment of the working class, and
integrant part of the international communist movement.
This work proceeds, although not at the rhythm we would and that current
national and international conditions require.
Internationally, our effort is to put an end to the crisis in which the
Revolutionary Internationalist Movement (RIM), the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist
part of the international communist movement, entered in recent years due to
the opportunist debacle of most of parties which formed up the Corim, the
international coordination and the center of this Movement. The main players
of this opportunist debacle were the Revolutionary Communist Party, USA (RCP
USA) and, in the last four years, the revisionist leadership of the
Communist Party of Nepal - Prachanda-Battarai. In this situation, it was
necessary to pick up the thread of the unity of the forces inside and
outside the RIM to rebuild a network, a coordination, in the perspective of
a new International Conference that gives birth to a new center and a new
updated general line.
The birth of the magazine 'Maoist Road' is a tool and a step of this work.
The No 0 has been published and the No 1 is being prepared with the parties
and organizations and comrades who are united this work.
For these reasons, the current edition of La nuova bandiera does not contain
an international section, since articles and documents, including ours, will
be published in the next edition of the 'Maoist Road'
At the national level, the struggle for the party currently walking on two
legs. One is the programmatic and ideological construction of a new type of
Communist Party and its revolutionary strategy suited to the conditions of
our country, realizing the New Beginning of the necessary protracted people's
war. The other one is to accumulate the necessary forces for a growth of the
political and organizational installation, reaching the factories and the
most important cities, that is essential to play a role at height of the
tasks that the construction of the Communist Party requires.
This demands to renew and deepen the struggle for the unity of Communists,
the work to win the vanguard proletarians in crucial places of the class
struggle.
This is an essentially political work, rooted in the and social workers
struggles, combined with a open and combative polemic against the tendencies
which in our field hinder, oppose and harm the progress of construction of
the party, first of all the opportunist and revisionist line of nPCI-Carc.
A part of this work is the basic training of workers, youth, women who are
the current vanguard of the struggles, which generally lack the basic
elements of the Marxism - Leninism -Maoism
this edition of 'lanuova bandiera' is mainly based about the political and
theoretical work,ts writings, use and distribution.
The proletarian communists circles are formed forthiswork, the magazine
boost that form with the theory and practice in the fire of the class
struggle, in close rally with the masses
