Ecuadoran Maoists condemn the intra-bourgeois conflict in Ecuador: Not our fight

ON THE VIOLENT CONFLICT �WITHIN THE BOURGEOISIE OF ECUADOR
Once again the country is dragged into a state of shock as a result of
the existing contradictions between the comprador and bureaucratic
bourgeoisie.
These �intra-bourgeois contradictions, which have inevitably taken a
violent character, do not reflect true class antagonisms, but the
struggle for political and administrative control of the Old State.
The events occurring yesterday, particularly in the capital and the
Republic, manifested in the police uprising against the regime, laid
bare some important aspects that we must analyze in order to take a
clear class position:
� The class character that the repressive state apparatus always has
depends on their tendency to serve the interests of the big
bourgeoisie in either its bureaucratic or comprador form.
� These events have shown the criminal nature of the National Police
and revealed their true repressive, murderous and arrogant essence.
� The arrogance of Correa�s fascist regime that uses all these events
to try to �legitimize� to the masses its misnamed �citizens�
revolution.�
� The open role of revisionism that is carried out by the
opportunistic left of the revisionist PCE and the MPD, raising false
flags of Communism, to come out in support of the �established order�
and bourgeois democracy, and attempt to drag the masses into an
intra-bourgeois conflict.
� Furthering the �manipulation� of the Police by elements representing
the comprador faction of the bourgeoisie, with serious intent to carry
out a coup, the scene reveals the imperialist plan to consolidate its
control in the country.
What lessons can we draw from these events?:
� � � � That the portrayal of the armed forces and repressive apparatuses as
having a democratic and progressive spirit on the political scene is
false. That their role is to sustain at all costs the class nature of
the state and today�s system of government. �One of the tasks of the
New Democratic Revolution is inflicting a total and decisive defeat on
all this apparatus of repression on which bourgeois and feudal
land-owning power rests.
� � � � That, �further, �the rebellious police ranks (not due to popular
discontent, but because they serve as the bourgeois and landowning
repressive apparatus) have been used by the most reactionary sectors
of the bourgeoisie from Ecuador, and were neutralized by a regime that
absolutely does not tolerate any disturbance that limits or constrains
the process of corporatization of society. Its fascist character is
evident, clear and imperative, and does not tolerate anything that is
not included in its strategic plan.
� � � � That the proletariat and its allies must not take sides in bourgeois
conflicts, but on the contrary, denounce their class interests and
expose the role that revisionism promotes to align with bourgeois
reformism.
� � � � That the communists are fighting against imperialism, the
bourgeoisie and its repressive apparatus daily, and are struggling to
defeat revisionism�to destroy its control �and its influence from the
people�s organization and struggles.

VIOLENTO CONFLICTO INTER-BURGU�S
Una vez m�s el pa�s es arrastrado a vivir un estado de conmoci�n
producto de las contradicciones existentes entre la burgues�a
compradora y la burgues�a burocr�tica.
Estas contradicciones inter burguesas que m�s all� del car�cter
violento que eventualmente toman no reflejan en verdad antagonismos de
clase, sino la lucha por el control pol�tico y administrativo del
Viejo Estado.
Los acontecimientos sucitados el d�a de ayer particularmente en la
capital e la Rep�blica manifiestos en el levantamiento policial contra
el r�gimen desnudan algunos aspectos de importancia que debemos
considerar no solo parta el an�lisis sino para asumir correcta
posici�n de clase:
El car�cter de clase que tienen los aparatos represivos del Estado,
siempre y dependiendo de su tendencia responden a los intereses de la
Gran Burgues�a ya sea a su expresi�n burocr�tica o compradora. La
naturaleza criminal, particularmente en esta oportunidad, de la
Polic�a Nacional que desnuda su verdadera esencia represiva,
sanguinaria y prepotente. La arrogancia del r�gimen fascista de Correa
que utiliza todos estos acontecimientos para tratar de �legitimar�
ante las masas la mal llamada �revoluci�n ciudadana�. El irrestricto
papel que cumple el revisionismo de la izquierda oportunista del PCE
revisionista y del MPD que levantando falsas banderas del Comunismo
salieron a respaldar el �orden constituido� y la democracia burguesa
pretendiendo arrastrar a las masas a un conflicto inter burgu�s. M�s
all� de la �manipulaci�n� a la Polic�a por parte de elementos que
representan a la facci�n compradora de la burgues�a con serios
intencionamientos golpistas, el escenario refleja la puja inter
imperialista por consolidar posiciones en el pa�s.
�Qu� lecciones sacamos de estos acontecimientos?:
Que definitivamente aquella expresi�n de que las FFAA y los aparatos
represivos tienen un esp�ritu democr�tico e incondicional en el
escenario pol�tico es falsa. Que su condici�n de clase est� definida
en el marco del inter�s por sostener a cualquier precio el car�cter de
estado y hoy en d�a el sistema de gobierno. Que una de las tareas de
la Revoluci�n de Nueva Democracia es infringir una derrota total y
contundente a todo este aparato represivo sobre el que descansa el
Poder burgu�s-terrateniente.
Que m�s all� de que la tropa policial (no por ser de extracci�n
popular deja de ser represiva e ideol�gicamente alineada al aparato
represor burgu�s-terrateniente y su ideolog�a) haya sido utilizada por
los sectores m�s reaccionarios de la burgues�a del Ecuador, fueron
neutralizados por el r�gimen que no tolera en absoluto ning�n
desafuero que limita o constri�a el proceso de corporativizaci�n de la
sociedad. Su car�cter fascista es evidente, manifiesto e imperativo,
que no tolera absolutamente nada que no se inscriba en su plan
estrat�gico.
Que el proletariado y sus aliados no debemos tomar filas en los
conflictos burgueses, por el contrario, denunciar el car�cter de clase
que tienen �stos y evidenciar el rol que cumple el revisionismo al
alinearse con el reformismo burgu�s.
Que los comunistas nada haremos luchando contra el imperialismo, la
burgues�a y sus aparatos represivos si diariamente no le infringimos
una decidora derrota al revisionismo hasta aniquilarlo y extirparlo
definitivamente de las filas de la organizaci�n popular.
Que ��SALVO EL PODER TODO ES ILUSI�N!
